14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid subscription with Sharp Alpha Algo. If the toolkit is not the right fit for you, email us within 14 days of your initial charge and we’ll refund the full amount.
How to request a refund
Email support@sharpalphaalgo.comfrom the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Refund request”. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
What is not refundable
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day window.
- Yearly subscriptions, after the 14-day window from initial purchase.
- Repeated subscriptions where a refund has already been granted on a prior subscription.
- Charges arising from chargebacks, fraud, or violation of our terms of service.
Cancellations vs. refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not refund the current billing period. If you want a refund of the current period (within the 14-day window), email us — don’t just cancel.
Pro-rated refunds
If we materially reduce the value of your subscription (for example, by removing an indicator without replacement) we may, at our discretion, provide a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the term.
